Biblically Faithful Resources for Children, Leaders, and Families

Sown in Faith Press creates children’s ministry resources that combine meaningful Bible teaching with practical support for the people using them.

Our resources are designed to work in real ministry settings and can be adapted for different ages, class sizes, schedules, spaces, budgets, and volunteer strengths.

Weekly Curriculum

Gather & Grow

Gather & Grow is a coordinated weekly curriculum designed to help children know God’s Word and grow in faith throughout the biblical and seasonal year.

Children’s Church

Gather & Grow: Children’s Church is the first program in the curriculum line. Released one month at a time, each collection includes one complete lesson for every Sunday in that month.

Lessons combine clear Bible teaching with discussion, object lessons, prayer, memory work, and flexible activity options. Leaders can select the components that best fit their children, schedule, space, supplies, and volunteer strengths.

Sunday School—Coming Soon

A complementary Sunday School program is also in development.

Sunday School and Children’s Church will share the same weekly Bible passage, Truth to Grow On, and memory verse, but each will provide a distinct teaching experience.

Each program will stand on its own, so children who attend only one will receive a complete lesson. Children who attend both will explore the same biblical truth in different and complementary ways.

Family Take-Homes

Optional Family Take-Homes help families continue the week’s biblical conversation at home through Scripture, discussion, activities, and prayer.

Monthly and Quarterly Collections

Gather & Grow will initially be released one month at a time. After all three months in a quarter are complete, the individual monthly editions will be retired following advance notice and replaced by a quarterly collection offered at a bundled savings.

Vacation Bible School

A Complete VBS in Four Manageable Sessions

Sown in Faith Vacation Bible School programs are intentionally designed around four complete teaching sessions, with an optional fifth celebration session or family event.

The four-session format makes VBS more manageable for churches, volunteers, and families while still providing a connected, immersive biblical experience. Our own volunteers have repeatedly expressed how much they appreciate the shorter commitment.

Each program is designed to fit a church’s schedule without requiring lengthy sessions or an overwhelming number of rotations. Churches can use the core program within a compact timeframe or expand it with meals, longer activities, and optional extension ideas.

This flexible structure helps churches make meaningful use of the time, space, volunteers, and financial resources available to them.

Four core sessions. A flexible schedule. One complete biblical journey.

Seasonal Resources

Seasonal resources help churches keep Scripture at the center of meaningful times throughout the year.

Planned resources include materials for Advent, Christmas, Easter, and other moments in the church and seasonal calendar.

These may include church lessons, family components, devotional activities, and special-event resources.

Family Resources

Family resources help parents and caregivers continue biblical conversations beyond the church classroom.

These resources are designed to be simple enough for real family life while still offering meaningful opportunities to read Scripture, talk together, pray, and practice faith at home.

Family Take-Homes are available alongside select church curriculum, with additional family resources planned for the future.
